In this section, I have designed and included a template of an IEP Organizer that I believe is a helpful tool for teachers to maintain consistency between what is written in an IEP, instructional accommodations, modifications, and assessment procedures, and reporting progress to parents. I have created the organizer to be set up by school year terms, in order to keep plans clear and concise for teachers. I have also provided an example of a partially completed IEP Organizer.
